Medical Body Blending Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To ensure fairness for all clients and the best possible results, the following policies are in place:
Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to book your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your total service cost. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- More than 48 hours’ notice: You may reschedule your appointment once without losing your deposit.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: Your $300 deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
- No-shows: Your deposit is forfeited, and all future appointments must be paid in full upfront to book.
Rescheduling Policy & Healing Considerations
Because this procedure works with your skin’s natural healing process, delaying your appointment too many times can affect your results. Healing times and pigment retention vary, and long gaps between appointments may require additional sessions to achieve optimal blending.
- You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice without losing your deposit.
- If you reschedule more than once, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book.
- Repeated rescheduling (more than twice) may result in refusal of future bookings, as inconsistent scheduling can impact your final results.
